Yes, it is exactly that awesome. This puts us just one step closer to the glorious cyborg uprising of 2055.

Almost sound slike it could be the plot of the next “Metal Gear”

In 3100 A.D., global warming has caused the sea level to rise and engulf the streets of Brooklyn. The land is gone, but society rebuilds the city on top of existing structures, connecting buildings through a network of sky bridges… To meet the upper city’s demand for laborers, city leaders contract the Brooklyn Institute of Technology (B.I.T.) to clone a new working class…. Neanderthals were chosen as the main focus of the research based on their physical resilience. The city’s contract called for far more Neanderthal clones than were required, causing the excess and sub-standard Neo-Neanderthals to be discarded to the dregs of the city… …You take the role of an elite Neanderthal fighter with a taste for blood. Having had your arm unwillingly detached from your body courtesy of a chainsaw, your new prototype biomechanical arm transforms into different twisted and brutal weaponry to aid you in the slaughter… From: First Person ...

Another end to the earth. Sigh.

Headline: 20 Years ago, Earth was blasted with a massive plume of solar plasma. I find it odd that The next such tempestuous season is slated for 2012 or so. There are so many ways for the Earth to end in 2012, why do we need one more? (My list now contains: US presidential election, global warming, velociraptors, super-nano-aids, solar plasma blasts, and my 10 year high school reunion). Regardless, happy Friday the 13th. ~ Elmer

Ironic in how true to the spirit of the project this is, the Internet seems to have written the end of our story for us.  Hint: it involves a lot of Viagra: http://wiki.digitaldaydreamsstudios.com/index.php?title=Main_Page In retrospect, perhaps we should have made it necesary to log in to edit the wiki... Well, the reason I didn't post this: http://battle.digitaldaydreamsstudios.com/BattleGame.swf Was because HostMonster was being a little bitch. Hopefully this one actually works. I had the original version up fine, but once I added the Soul-Crushingly powerful AI, the server just couldn't deal with it. Hopefully this one works.
